I had been a loyal customer of Contabo.com for a long time, but my experience has turned sour. Their servers are frequently down, and the support team takes weeks to respond, if they respond at all. On three occasions, they deducted money from my account twice for the same service within three months. When my VPS was suspended, they demanded a $50 reactivation fee. Despite being a paying customer, they threatened to deny me service unless I removed a negative review I posted on Trustpilot. This intimidation, combined with their poor service, led me to move all my services to Fiveium Cloud (fiveium.com), where I've had a much better experience. Don't be fooled by Contabo's low prices – the hidden costs and constant issues make it not worth it.
