What Happened
I was in the market for a robust licensing system and came across Syslic.net. The site claimed they developed the Syslic Licensing system themselves, boasting about their new updates and improvements. Everything seemed legitimate at first glance, but that’s where the nightmare began.The Deception
The truth is, the Syslic Licensing system was originally developed by syslic.org. This scammer from Syslic.net simply added a few lines of CSS and changed the UI, then had the audacity to claim it as his own creation. He’s fooling people into believing he’s offering a genuine, updated product.The Fraud
When you pay this fraudster, he provides you with an encrypted code full of backdoors. This means he can access your server anytime he wants without your knowledge. It's a blatant invasion of privacy and a massive security risk. It turns out he either bought the original code from syslic.org or BEGPL and figured out how to configure the system. Now he’s making money by scamming others, not providing the promised source code, and distributing an encrypted version with backdoors.My Experience
