Welcome to the Helposoft Forums. To maintain a productive, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, we have established the following rules. Please read them carefully before participating.

General Rules

1. Respect and Courtesy: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Personal attacks, harassment, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
2. Relevant Content: Ensure that your posts are relevant to the topic of discussion. Off-topic posts may be removed.
3. No Spam: Spamming the forums with repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content is prohibited.
4. Privacy: Do not share personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses, of yourself or others.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property of others. Do not post copyrighted material without permission.

Marketplace Rules

1. Eligibility: Only members who have been registered for more than 15 days are eligible to create sales threads in the Helposoft Marketplace.
2. Single Product per Thread: Each sales thread must focus on one product or service. If you wish to sell multiple products, you must create separate threads or obtain prior approval for closely related products.
3. Full Disclosure: Sales threads must include a comprehensive description of the product or service, pricing, payment methods, guarantees, and refund policies.
4. No Significant Changes: Once a sales thread is approved and published, significant changes are not allowed without prior permission from the admin team.
5. Prohibited Items: The following items cannot be sold:
• Nulled themes, plugins, scripts, etc.
• Cracked software.
• Single product licenses from platforms like Themeforest and Codecanyon.
• Software product keys (e.g., Microsoft Office, Windows).
• Cracked accounts for services like Netflix, VPNs, Amazon Prime.
• Fraudulently obtained items.
6. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for sales threads are non-refundable. Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.
7. Active Participation: Sellers should be active on Helposoft at least once a day. Inactive sellers for 4 days or more will have their threads locked.
8. No Unauthorized Selling: Selling without an approved sales thread will lead to a permanent ban.
9. Bumping Threads: Sellers may bump their sales thread once every 24 hours. Replying to customer queries is not considered bumping, but use the multi-quote function when addressing multiple queries.
10. Transaction Risks: Helposoft is not responsible for transactions. Buyers should research and use secure payment methods. We will ban scammers but cannot assist in recovering funds.

Verification Badge Rules

1. For Companies: Submit your certificate of incorporation, proof of business address, website URL, tax identification number (TIN), and contact information.
2. For Individuals: Submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, selfie with ID, and contact information.
3. Application Process: Fill out the verification form, upload required documents, and await the review (3-5 business days).
4. Ensure Clarity: Submit clear, legible documents to avoid delays.
