I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with a scammer who previously ran WHMSeller.net and now operates cPanelCentral.com. I paid $1700 for a CPS licensing system, expecting to receive the source code, but what I got was incomplete and appeared stolen from an older version of SysLic. Every time I asked for the missing files, the seller either evaded my questions or demanded more money. Even after paying extra for installation, the software was buggy and unstable. To make matters worse, the scammer stole my website design and used it for his hosting site, camihost.com, without my consent. My investigation revealed that the CPS system he was selling was a rebranded version of SysLic, illegally obtained from syslic.org. This individual's deceitful actions and lack of credibility are alarming. I want to warn others to stay away from cPanelCentral.com and thoroughly research any software purchases to avoid falling victim to such scams.

Ionut Hortolomei (The Scammer) has changed the name to cPanelCentral.com

I want to share my experience with this individual who scammed me out of $2000 and more. He not only tricked me into paying for incomplete and stolen software but also stole my website design and client data. I paid him $1700 for what he claimed was the CPS licensing system with the source code, but what he delivered was incomplete and clearly plagiarized from an older version of SysLic. When I pressed him for the missing files, he kept giving excuses and eventually demanded more money for what he called "installation services," despite already having been paid in full.

His demands for additional payments escalated, and he refused to provide the complete files even after being compensated. Instead, he threatened to raise the price every time I asked for the missing components. It became apparent that he had no intention of delivering what he promised. Frustrated and disheartened, I reluctantly agreed to pay for the installation of what turned out to be a buggy and unstable software.

To add insult to injury, I later discovered that he had stolen my website design and used it for his own hosting website, camihost.com, without my consent. This revelation confirmed my suspicions that he was operating dishonestly.

Further investigation revealed that the CPS system he claimed to be selling was nothing more than a rebranded version of SysLic, sold illegally under false pretenses. It's clear that he is not the legitimate owner of the software he's peddling on his website.

In an effort to prevent others from falling victim to his scams, I'm sharing the incomplete CPS licensing system he provided me with for free. It's important to expose his deceit and protect others from being duped. I purchased a GBlicense v15 from the official author and now finally I am satisfied.

The fact that he claims to be the owner of this software while simultaneously working a manual labor job raises serious questions about his credibility and integrity. It's evident that he's using deceitful tactics to exploit unsuspecting individuals for financial gain.

I purchased the CPS Licesning system from the guy name Ionut Hortolomei (The Scammer). This details are here if anyone scammed him.
