1. Contracting entity and eligibility
Identify the operator, eligible customer, authority to accept terms and account-registration requirements.

Describe the current service, documentation, plan entitlements, trials, beta features, integrations and change process.
3. Customer responsibilities
Cover lawful use, users, credentials, customer content, notices, provider accounts, integrations, AI configuration and backups or exports required by the customer.
4. Acceptable use
Prohibit abuse, unlawful or infringing content, credential attacks, service interference, harmful automation and unauthorized access.
5. Fees and billing
State currency, taxes, invoicing, renewal, price changes, usage, overages, failed payment, suspension, cancellation and refunds.
6. Security and privacy
Incorporate the applicable DPA, security measures, incident terms and shared-responsibility model.
7. Availability and support
State only approved support channels, service levels, maintenance, exclusions and remedies.
8. Intellectual property
Define ownership of the service, customer content, feedback, integrations and permitted use of marks.
9. Suspension and termination
Define triggers, notice, data export, account closure, deletion and obligations that survive termination.
10. Warranties, liability and disputes
Use operator-approved language for disclaimers, indemnity, liability caps, governing law and dispute process.
Publication checklist
- Insert the correct legal entity, registered address and contact details.
- Align the text with the actual Cloud service, billing model, regions and provider list.
- Obtain review for applicable jurisdictions, customer types and contractual commitments.
- Publish an effective date, version history and material-change communication process.
